Recreation and Fun
The scenic setting of Logan County and its surrounding areas, nestled in the Appalachian Mountains, is a mecca for outdoor recreation and fun. With endless possibilities, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Get up close and personal with the mountains when you hit the trails on foot, bike, horseback, or by riding an ATV. Take in the scenery while you play a round of golf on a mountaintop. Try your hand at fishing, or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere state park. When you're this close to nature, it's no question why we refer to West Virginia as "wild and wonderful."
